All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

We offer standard and express shipping via Australia Post or other reputable couriers:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.
