Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

International Orders
We do not offer refunds for delays or customs holds outside our control. Please check your local import regulations before ordering. For faulty products, we will follow the same procedures outlined above.
